A city is built on its people. Rooted in everyday life experiences, design is gently seeping into streets and alleys. It is not cold infrastructure, but a force that improves lives, connecting people and the city to shape a livable landscape brimming with well-being. Well-being is not just about feeling happiness; it is a way of life where diverse ethnic groups and generations can coexist, communicate, and connect with one another.
"Cultural Well-being・＿ ＿ Emerging" does not present the 'final version' of Taoyuan. The underlined blanks deliberately left in the title symbolize an urban space still evolving. The ongoing process to fill in the blank welcomes everyone to participate as they migrate to, settle in, or visit Taoyuan.
