“Mirror of the City” transforms Taoyuan into a perceptual mirror—nurturing all things and reflecting them back into the city. Journey through the mist-and-laser “Nature” habitat, decode Taoyuan’s cultural and industrial stories through interactive experiences, and channel streams of light into the “Confluence” corridor with your phone. The journey culminates at the museum façade, where every 30 minutes, water becomes a mirror through light art, revealing a city in continuous symbiosis and evolution.

The children's exhibition "Same but Different" takes "inclusion" as its core, featuring art installations by nine groups of artists and designers from France, the United States, and Taiwan. The exhibition invites children to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of every person, and envision a more inclusive city together.

Calligraphy and design both focus on the visual form of writing, creating a dialogue between tradition and the present, handwriting and technology. Variations and Dialogues in Writing: Calligraphy Meets Design brings together creators from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, China, Japan, and Korea. Through diverse media, they deconstruct and reinterpret Chinese characters, revealing the vitality of writing as it transforms and renews itself.

Taoyuan is home to the second largest urban indigenous population in Taiwan, carrying within it a wealth of indigenous cultural energy. Drawing on the Amis phrase oi ha hai — "Spirit, I am here" — this exhibition guides visitors along the paths of indigenous life and memory, to witness the ways indigenous culture continues to shine in the present day.

The craft traditions of Daxi were born out of everyday necessity. Made by local artisans, each object accompanies residents through daily life, shaping a distinct folk art character unique to the town. Themed "Living Room of Daxi," this exhibition presents the most vital gathering space of every household through three contemporary living scenarios and styles. It invites visitors to witness how Daxi crafts are reimagined and integrated into modern homes, inspiring new possibilities of the dynamic between craftsmanship and home life.
