Building on the Taiwan Design Expo’s urban narrative of “Flow,” the initiative centers on the concept “Less Waste・More FLOOW” connecting the public sector with cross-industry partners to integrate waste reduction, carbon reduction, and air pollution control. Starting with everyday delivery services, it advances source reduction, low-carbon logistics, and circular collaboration, creating a new model for urban governance in Taoyuan.
