Everyday Dynamics

Crossover Flow
09/24-10/11

Exhibition Introduction

People are in constant movement every day. Movement is never just about transportation, but an intrinsic driving force flowing from the inside out. It encompasses our daily choices, our mastery of the rhythm of life, and our posture toward the world. Centering on the concept of movement, "Everyday Dynamics" dissects the complex and delicate mechanics of everyday life. Beyond reflecting the apparent imagery of movement in a transit hub like Taoyuan, the exhibition points to how brands and individuals transform every turning point into a driving force toward an ideal life through design, innovation, and intentional choices.

In the exhibition, visitors will discover that how we move defines how we live, and that every single turn is a force applied toward our desirable future.

COC Urban Industry Innovation PlanThis exhibition is the result of the "COC Urban Industry Innovation Plan," promoted by the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and executed by the Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI). By integrating design into industries and embedding it into daily life, this initiative empowers Taiwan-based manufacturing brands to be more than vital partners in the global supply chain. They can also leverage their design prowess to create brand value, propelling local industries onto the world stage.

Spatial Design

UMEADOW

Founded in 2019, UMEADOW specializes in architecture and curatorial thinking. Collaborating with interdisciplinary expert teams, we have supported numerous brands and government agencies in thematic planning. Starting from the performative potential of content, we craft communication-oriented spaces that foster meaningful engagement between people and pressing issues. With an open and curious outlook toward the world, we excel at framing complex topics and translating them into accessible narratives. Through the design of spatial experiences, we convey the essence of brands and ideas—empowering information to resonate more deeply. Our collaborators extend beyond commercial and governmental sectors; we are equally committed to exploring issues that surround humanity and the living world. At UMEADOW, we seek to reframe topics into experiences that invite participation and spark inspiration. We create connections—between people and content, between space and those who enter it.
